4th floor NO ELEVATOR Our 2 bedroom flat provides you a very comfy stay with private bathrooms in both bedrooms and a private closet in the master room. . The kitchen is fully equipped. If you wish to eat outside and blend into the crowd, nicest restaurants and cafes are just at your doorstep. Or maybe you are a night club monster, Sıraselviler Street has a lot to offer to you too! Open the windows all the way, enjoy the sun shining, the sea is on your left, the city is on your right.
Good to know
The apartment is located on the forth floor of a 1922 classic building, with no ornaments in common areas. The ceilings are high, therefore the apartment is spacious and full of light with its big sliding windows. One of the specialties is the closed balcony like classic seating area that provides nice views to both sides of the street (providing some nice city and a bit of sea view). There are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, and small en-suite bathrooms. (There is no common bathroom.) The main bedroom also has a wardrobe area with enough space for large suitcases. The open kitchen is spacious and bright, in close relation with the living room, the smart tv and work/dining table. The original wood flooring and early century brick walls add to the cozy and local feeling of the area.
