Good to know
The building is a 1922, simple, European style apartment building. Therefore, ceilings are high and a 5 floor climb is sometimes breathtaking. But once you reach our apartment, you are welcomed by big windows all the way to the ground, and a 15sqm terrace with sea view on one side, and the historic city with churches, palaces and unique Istanbul city view on the other. The location is impeccably central, lush with quality cafes, bars, restaurants and street life. This neighborhood is a balanced mix of local and touristic life, hosting all qualities of life at once. The apartment itself is recently renovated (November 2022) by us, and serves a simple luxury with clean spaces, a lot of light and the open terrace with seating, greenery and a tanning bed. There is one main bedroom with a double bed, and a surprise bedroom, just the size of the double bed... a fun, cozy space specially for children. We paid special effort for a simple but fully functioning kitchen, with all necessary kitchenware and daily simplicities like a Nespresso machine. The open kitchen is both good to cook simple and easy to keep tidy at all times.
